What I liked
The relationship between the brother and sister was strong, supportive, and believable. As problems developed, their care for each other helped them survive and thrive.
What I didn't like
Some of the scene transitions could have been smoother, but did not detract from the excellence of this production.
My overall impression
Dance Partner showed how romantic relationships in marriage and quasi-dating both shake-up and strengthen a family. The metaphor of dance for a growing relationship was beautifully realized in the final dance between Tomás and Robby.
