What I liked
Alan’s home videos alone had me laughing from the start. Alan’s hilarious range of characters – from people you may come across in everyday life, to unique people across Alan’s life – was such a treat to watch. I never knew what to expect next, and each time was laughing so hard at where these characters would go. Alan’s closing song really stuck with me, got me nostalgic for childhood, and reminded me that we all can be kinder to our inner child!
What I didn't like
Nothing! This is such a well put together, tight, hilarious, and charming show!
My overall impression
I was in stitches from start to finish watching “Alan-cadabra!”. Alan is an incredibly funny, charming, and charismatic performer. He masterfully weaves “SNL” style character performances with a message that really hit home – be kind to your inner child, as they’re the magic in you. This show was an hour of joy and laughter from start to finish!
