My overall impression
This abridged production of the fun, new musical “The Time Machine” is full of energy, catchy songs, and creative staging. I fed off the energy and commitment of the strong cast, and their sense of fun was contagious. While the show certainly had the rough edges of a workshop presentation, the music carried the night and the simplistic but resourceful staging helped make it a very enjoyable piece.
