What I liked
The ensemble cast was delightful and had me smiling the whole time. This show is just enough as it is – around 1 hour of original music, songs, and banter among servants. Deeply enjoyed the alternative perspective on this traditional love story – the Beast was a jerk! What about all the other people who stumbled into the castle and weren’t as lucky as Belle because they weren’t his ticket back to humanity? How many kids does that fork have? Entirely delightful night at the theatre.

Working-class riff on Beauty and the Beast with original music to match, made me seriously consider the pitfalls of spending decades as animate flatware.
