My overall impression
A smartly written show that presents a captivating horror story complete with jump scares, slow burn realizations, and a haunted house. The show brilliantly uses the existing structure of the theatre as the set to create an almost immersive feel. The direction and technical details create a truly spooky environment. Rachel Hip-Flores as Charlotte Taylor commands the stage and wonderfully guides the audience along her journey through the poor, haunted history of this house for sale. I’m sold on this show!
