What I liked
Audience participation makes me nervous, so I really appreciated the pre-show announcement explaining and giving the audience the option to just observe and not take part. However, I leaned into the “play” of it and it was really fun and rewarding.
What I didn't like
Some of the bits went on slightly too long, but I understand that it was done intentionally for dramatic effect.
My overall impression
Sweet, funny and surprisingly poignant. I was enthralled from the first minute to the end. A show that the whole family can enjoy, however that does not make it a kid’s show, as the deeper themes present will really resonate with the adults in the audience. Highly recommend everyone who goes to see this let loose of their shame and insecurities and just have a fun old clown time!
