What I liked

Basically all of it…

What I didn't like

There were some tech issues that need tightening up, and a few minor cuts I would suggest, BUT… it’s fringe, that is what this is for , working out … kinks? Pun intended… still a great show!

My overall impression

What a fun show! And poignant! The trap is to believe that awkwardness of losing a one’s virginity is specific to sexual encounter. However, the awkwardness, excitement and disappointment portrayed by the amazing Dominique Turner, reminds us all of our first time: in bed, in a boardroom, in an interview. As a queer person of color, I am reminded of each moment that I enter into a primarily straight or/and white space. So awkward, so cringy, so… Dominique! A unicorn exists beyond the bedroom. Thank you ladies for a fun and poignant time at the theatre!
