Thea has a way of writing that makes you feel like you’re chatting with a friend. The audience is instantly comfortable and in on the story. Dominique is an incredible actor who can deliver quiet moments and big laughs, sometimes all in the same breath. Her stage presence is strong and heartfelt. The length of the performance is perfect for Fringe—like you’re stopping in to see a friend who’s about to tell you about the most important day of their life.

My overall impression
I’ve had the great pleasure of seeing portions of this show as Thea and Dominique worked on it, and to see it all come together at the Fringe was truly a beautiful moment. I absolutely love the honesty of Thea’s writing/directing and the clarity of Dominique’s performance. So excited to see this show join the Fringe!
