The Injustice of Virginity is a hilarious production brilliantly written by Thea Pueschel and expertly performed by Dominique Turner. This one-woman show explores multilayered humor (both nuero typical and divergent) and the awkwardness of raw humanity.
Turner performs with a large emotional range bringing to life the almost improbable story of young woman’s attempt at shedding one’s pesky virginity with sensitivity and ferocity.
This play has a breadth and depth not often seen in comedies. This has a fleshed out world that is thoughtful, kind, and startlingly funny. Nuerodivergence is treated faithfully, without mockery. The show is very well directed, paced and kept me engaged throughout.
