What I liked
The memories of Matilda that were shared by her friends were done with love, grace, & humor. The emotions expressed by the actors were real, & raw. Their energy in sharing their stories of their friend was contagious. They energized & engaged the audience in the story bringing life once again to Matilda the Hun.
What I didn't like
The amount of time to properly prepare the venue. The versatility of both actors & production was amazing given how little time they have to set up, perform, & breakdown.
My overall impression
A sweet & moving tribute to an amazing woman that was lovingly & beautifully written & told. Matilda’s presence will always be felt in the hearts of her friends. She was a pioneer in the cause of woman empowerment. She will forever be remembered & celebrated by those who keep & share her stories & their memories.
