What I liked
I liked that Elena selected audience members to represent family and friends of the deceased. She interacted with those chosen with a mixture of humor and warm family memories that introduced us to her “dead” father.
What I didn't like
I would want the Titanic prop to be more stable…..At the same time, the fact that this prop was prone to collapse at times during a very climactic scene only added to the hilarity of the moment.
A bigger venue in the future because Elena will surely fill it.
My overall impression
Watched two performances and I was moved to laughter, tears, and an appreciation of Elena’s ability to transform herself into her father.
