I loved the musicality, from “playing” the audience with different catch phrases, to the tech booth sound bits, to the piano playing — Elena found different ways to play with layering sounds in a way that always felt fresh and engaging.
What I didn't like
I just wanted more? But that’s always a great feeling at the end of a show.
My overall impression
This show was such a beautiful balance of silly clown bits and genuine emotional complexity. The framing of the show was rooted in joy and acceptance, and in a world that feels so dark, it’s a good reminder that the good is worth celebrating.
