What I liked
The interactive cards given to the audience gave them the funniest possible responses to Elena’s stories, whether the audience reads them correctly or not!
I loved the way she set up the edge t funeral for her father, and then let the audience see him experience it (for better or for worse)
What I didn't like
Hard to think of things that didn’t work, Elena is the best! Even when she missed a note on the piano, she played it off great
My overall impression
Hilarious and heartfelt show about the little things that stick with you from family you’ve lost (one way or another). The setup for the funeral is brilliant, with audience participation that works whether they keep up with Elena’s storytelling or not. The payoff of seeing her father experience his ideal funeral is absolutely perfect and surprising in the best way!
