What I liked
I resonated so deeply with the mentions of the things we sacrifice, like time with our families. Being an actor is hard enough and I can’t imagine what it’s like to deal with immigration on top of that. This show is timely in a world where our industry and our country have so many uncertainties. The message that this is our calling, that this is what we do, that this is our WHY for living…Do you still want to be an actor? I hope Nina’s answer is YES every time.

Do you want to be an actor?
If you are a performer, an artist of any kind, you are going to see yourself in this show. I know I did. Brick by Brick is a raw look at the reality of an artist’s life, the joy and the pain. Nina’s script is clear and concise and her performance fleshes out every nuance of the message. THE STAMINA that this show took, MY GOD! I love the devise of the walking pad and the incorporation of all of her props. Nina’s performance is genuine and RAW. Congratulations on a truly heartfelt and beautiful production.
