What I liked

Nina’s performance and her message. She allows us to see her humanity as an artist that will do whatever it takes to make her dreams and desires come true. I saw myself in her. The audience will too. Her performance is nuanced and laced with grit, showing the ugly consequences of sacrificing EVERYTHING for your dreams (especially as an actor). The details of being a woman of color and/or immigrant pursuing her career in today’s political clean is EXTREMELY scary and she’s so brave to continue to tackle that head on. Her vulnerability is incredible to watch. Keep an eye out for Nina Rancel, she’s next up. Well done! Highly recommend Brick by Brick!

My overall impression

Powerful. Bold. Astounding. Nina has a beautiful and strong presence onstage. She performs with an open and honest heart. Everyone needs to see this show, I have a feeling she will do it again.
