What I liked

I love how the show unfolds and evolves as you watch it. It starts with her doing non verbal physical comedy and just keeps building. Nina’s story of how she came to LA from Venezuela is a heartfelt and powerful one. Her determination and resolve as she faces seemingly impossible odds are genuinely inspiring.

This story made me appreciate the privileges I have as an American. Simple things we take for granted, like being able to work, are massive hurdles for people from other countries. Nina faces her challenges bravely, with grit and determination that only an immigrant could have. This show gives me more empathy for immigrants, especially ones chasing their dreams in Hollywood.

What I didn't like

I think the prop bricks might not have been actual bricks… I’m kidding. This show is perfect.

My overall impression

Nina’s talents are on full display as she puts on an absolute masterclass in physical performance.

Nina showcases her repertoire of tap dancing, singing, acting, physical comedy, and so much more. As the show unfolds she continued to surprise the audience with even more unique talents from her toolbox. I couldn’t help but wonder by the end of the show… “What can’t she do?”
