What I liked
I loved the character monologues and learning about women from different cultures and different time periods. The fun moments with the “Mario Kart” visuals added levity to the balance of serious topics. The show was thought provoking and left me wanting to learn more about these women’s stories.
What I didn't like
This needs to be toured on college campuses! It’s such a fun and enjoyable show, and also so incredibly informative and timely for the issues surrounding today’s world.
My overall impression
Incredible storytelling! I learned so much watching “Riding in Cars with Girls”, a show that combines humor, history, and characters in such a splendid way. The pacing, mix of visuals, the humor, and the heart of the story all came together in what was a perfectly put together hour.
