Meg Cheng is a consummate performer. She’s so present with the audience and plays so well with everyone’s reactions. She gets herself in trouble in the most fun ways, and it’s a delight to watch her try to get out again.
What I didn't like
it could be much longer! more Meg! More!!!
My overall impression
A hilarious, beautifully deranged coming-of-age—slash coming-of-middle-age—story, told by one of the best performers you’ll see at Fringe. This show sends up many of the tropes we’re familiar with from other “Smalltown Girl Moves to the Big City” stories, but it transcends parody. It’s a vehicle for a truly gifted clown to do some spectacularly dumb stuff for your amusement.
