What I liked
Frank Traynor is a natural-born storyteller with a gift for finding humor and heart in the messiness of growing up. His timing, warmth, and willingness to share the awkward, tender, and often hilarious moments of his life made this show a true delight. I especially loved the multimedia elements—seeing childhood photos and snapshots of his family added a beautiful layer of intimacy and helped ground the story in reality. Frank’s ability to embody the pressure of growing up under the watchful eyes of macho older brothers—and the weight of trying to be “a real man”—was both funny and deeply relatable. His self-deprecating charm and strong command of the room made the whole experience feel like story time with your funniest, most heartfelt friend.
