Very powerful and necessary work — productions like this really make you think. Sometimes, after such emotions, you want to distract yourself a little and switch gears to release the tension. I recently found an excellent online platform with games where you can relax and take your mind off heavy thoughts. There are light-hearted and positive projects that help restore your inner balance. I had the pleasure of watching Erabus several times and the show was equally impactful — in a different way — each time. The writing was fantastic, and the acting was powerful. It was hard for me to image that these were all high school actors. ...

WOW. Thoroughly impressed by this production. It was no surprise to learn that the play was written by high school students, as their frustrations -- be it with identity, family dynamics, sexuality, anxiety, or simply having to move forward in an increasingly complex and challenging world -- were not only communicated soulfully and genuinely, but in an incredibly effective narrative structure that included jumps in time, fourth-wall breaking, and meta-commentary on the "high school stage production" itself. All this, and passionately performed. Just so impressive all around. Fantastic job to all involved....

Excellent handling of the subject matter. Kids performed well. The Greek theatre style works to present the heavy themes in an almost detached way. The minimalist stage and costumes feel more like high schoolers dealing with life rather than a play. ...

Just saw Erabus and the Fall of Sparrows — wow.
I honestly didn’t know what to expect going in, but this play completely pulled me in. It’s one of those shows that feels more like a dream than a straightforward story — kind of poetic, a little mysterious, and really beautiful in a strange, sad way.
the way it’s told is super creative. There are these sparrows that come and go and they seem to represent pieces of memory or maybe innocence? I’m still thinking about it, which I think is kind of the point.
The acting was really strong. The main characters have a sort of quiet intensity and you could feel the weight of everything that they were going through. The chorus represents a sort of haunting truth about their past.
