There was a part in the show where Ben shared very personal stories from his life. I thought these stories brought this show to a level beyond a “magic show.” It was very vulnerable and real and for me, really allowed me to connect with him.
I also felt he did an excellent job of bringing in a storyline and using callbacks that tied the effects together and created dramatic structure,
It brought a layer rare in a magic show and did not at all detract from the incredible magic happening on stage.
What I didn't like

My overall impression
As a fan of magic I try to catch as many “magic shows” at the Fringe as I can.
This show was a standout! Fringe audiences were treated to high caliber, mind blowing Las Vegas quality effects far beyond the small theater.
This show deserves a standing place in a large theater.
The show was standing room only when I went, so hopefully it will be around so more can see it.
