I loved what she put together on a shoestring budget. This show is so much fun and I had an absolute blast.
What I didn't like
There’s a part of me that would love to see this with a higher budget, but then I also wonder if it would lose some of the show’s charm.
My overall impression
I was laughing from the moment I stepped into the theater until well after I had left. Molly is such a natural performer on the stage. She takes over the stage with whacky characters, scenarios, and then just casually stuns the audience with these Broadway vocal performances. At one point a person accidentally walks into her show in the middle of a sex act, she invites them to take a seat and says how it might be a weird time to join the show, but whatever. A few minutes later this stunned person gets up, admits he went to the wrong show, and hurried out. Molly just rolls with it, the audience erupted with laughter. That’s the type of performer Molly is, confident, carefree, and unflappable.
