What I liked

There are so many weird and colorful characters all played with unflinching commitment by Sharpe. The level of energy she maintains throughout her performance is unparalleled. I’ve never seen something simultaneously so psychotic and so impressive.

This is the horniest show at Fringe.

What I didn't like

Nothing

My overall impression

The word unhinged gets tossed around a lot nowadays, but this show is truly unhinged. Molly Sharpe takes us down a rabbit hole into the depths of desire and endless imagination. It has the vibe of a lonely kid playing in their room, and I mean that in the best way possible.

The specific performance I attended was all also attended by Molly’s father, if I’m not mistaken. Somebody sitting in front of me, while Molly passionately humped the pizza delivery man, audibly uttered “Her dad is here.” This just added an insane intensity to the already insane show. At one point, before being eaten out by a man who lived in the floor (spoiler!), Molly asked her dad to shut his eyes or go outside. I don’t think this happens every performance, but I’m also not sure it doesn’t.

This really felt like a party where somebody pulls out a guitar, but instead of being annoying they’re an amazing guitar player you would pay money to see. I saw the midnight show and I think all the shows should be at midnight. It is best viewed after all the kids have been put to bed.

This shows was absurd, strange and horny. I recommend this show to my junior high pscience teacher, who always seemed a bit too uptight. It’s also worth mentioning that this show is totally singular. Only Molly Sharpe could make this what it is, which is a hilarious, high-octane adventure with twists and turns that disgust and delight. More shows like this please.
