Molly’s comedic timing is excellent, and her storytelling keeps you hooked from start to finish. The original songs are catchy and add a whimsical layer to the emotional subway surfers rollercoaster. The show is full of surprises—from pizza to bats to an ever-evolving love life—and the sheer creativity behind it is impressive. It’s also less than an hour, making it a perfect bite-sized Fringe experience.
What I didn't like
A few moments could benefit from a bit more clarity or pacing, especially as the story gets increasingly outrageous. Some audience members might find the solo format limiting, so a bit more variety in staging or interaction could elevate it even further. Still, Molly carries the whole thing with charm and wit.
My overall impression
The show is a delightfully unhinged one-woman show packed with heart, chaos, and unexpected romance. Molly Sharpe’s writing and performance are both sharp and endearing. It’s weird, it’s wild, and it’s unexpectedly touching.
