What I liked

I loved all the home videos that propelled the story forward! You really get a glimpse of a life lived without having to sensationalize. It is well-written and well-directed and well-produced.

What I didn't like

I would have liked more time to read the teacher comments! See the show and find out what I mean =).

My overall impression

A beautifully raw and honest account of Marissa’s experience with a side of OCD that isn’t discussed much. It’s funny and heartwarming, and like so many stories that tell the truth about the human experience, it is so very relatable. Even with a full house, Marissa makes it feel like she is talking intimately to you; she has a rare gift. The show flows so well that you don’t even notice the time passed, and want to know more!, when it is done.

This performance is exactly what makes Fringe Festival worth checking out. You’ll be so glad you caught this one. Brava!
