What I liked
The real moments – am i being too much? Am i being too hard on myself?
The karaoke! The one moment where the audience member didn’t know the song but RM helped them keep singing!
What I didn't like
I think RM is real about showing us that this is the beginning of her creative journey and I know the show is going to mold and change. This is their life in this moment and because of that, I wouldn’t change a thing.
My overall impression
A glimpse into the expectations, loneliness and roles women get placed in with they become mothers and the search to release that repressed identity through Karaoke?? What a fun, heartbreaking and hopeful show. RM portrays all of the things that terrify an independent creative about motherhood. Plus – we got a very special cameo from RM’s mom. I laughed, I sang, I cried!
