The audience interaction was so engaging. I felt really connected to everyone in the room. I caught like 99% of what she was saying and that’s made impressive for how fast that show is, good diction. The story was a personal one that I jived with deeply. I felt like the tough/heart wrenching moments landed hard because the juxtaposition of the comedy was so well placed.
What I didn't like
It would be nice to catch more of her face in the performance when she is reading through the journal. I know that’s not necessarily fair because this show is FAST, but that’d be cool. I think it was exactly what it needed to be.
My overall impression
It was a wonderful show! Somehow I was dying laughing and crying pouty tears right after each other. It’s so fresh and fun.
