What I liked
I loved the storytelling, the vulnerability, the direction, the acting and the producing of the show. Cynthia helped Michael not only put into words into a solo performance, but the stories came alive, just with one prop, the stool. The way Michael described his stories you could feel yourself there with him, seeing what he was seeing and feeling what he was feeling. What a great storyteller!
What I didn't like
All of it worked for me. I don’t think he could improve on anything.
My overall impression
I LOVED the show. I took my daughter as a surprise, because she’s known Cynthia, Michael’s wife since she was 5 years old and we do something every month to surprise each other. I bought Michael’s book and listened to it on audible and LOVED the stories and was looking forward to seeing him in person and I just knew it would be wonderful and it was.
