The comedy bits were all well placed. While you expected certain jokes to re-appear, they always caught you off guard. The characters were all engaging and the way in which they moved the story forward was creative and allowed the audience to stay engaged throughout.
What I didn't like
Only one monologue felt like it did not get an adequate bridge. The turn in tone was a bit abrupt and noticed. However, the show returned to its lighter tone fairly quickly and it did not affect the show overall.
My overall impression
The show was extremely well done. From beginning to end, the writing was witty and the engaging. It’s a fun take on the service industry with a mixed in murder mystery.
