I loved it’s use of satire. I loved the campiness of it; they weren’t taking themselves too seriously and it was fun to see how many characters this cast could play. I loved the kill scenes; I loved their use of the spinning panels as they were being chased. I loved the acting as well; these were characters that I knew! Everyone was a stand out in this show, but the real stars of this show were all the ladies. They were the glue of this whole thing, and it truly felt like their show. The guys gave solid performances as well, I loved the relationship between the two managers, I thought they played off of each other really well. The chemistry between the cast was amazing! I loved how committed to the world everyone was; the costumes were great! The staging was dynamic and thrilling! It’s really good show!!!
What I didn't like
I hope this gets a bigger production where they use blood effects!
My overall impression
An extremely campy; fun and funny horror comedy that celebrated the genre; anyone who has ever worked in a restaurant; and the bonds that are formed. It was well written; well constructed, and highly cinematic! Well done! They put a horror film onstage!
