What I liked
The songs on acoustic guitar; the actors breaking the fourth wall and playing with the audience; the show’s sincerity; the writing – loved the focus on language as an art. I also loved the political commentary and the hopeful message.
What I didn't like
Nothing didn’t work. It was impeccable. I laughed, cried, and felt deeply moved. I felt lighter after this show. It was true art.
My overall impression
Blown away by the talent of its actors, producer, director. The writing was sophisticated, cerebral, and prophetic while still being heartening. The music was so fun – light, satirical, playful. The lead actress was totally committed to her role. The entire experience was beyond expectations.
