Blown away by the talent of its actors, producer, director. The writing was sophisticated, cerebral, and prophetic while still being heartening. The music was so fun - light, satirical, playful. The lead actress was totally committed to her role. The entire experience was beyond expectations. ... full review

If you're looking for something that's so-so you can go to any other play in the world, but if you want something hysterical, dramatic and poignant while toeing the line between farcical social commentary and wildly accurate reflection on contemporary society, then go see HARBOR CITY TONIGHT!... full review

I was blown away by the layers of Harbor City! I am still sifting through its many messages and deciphering its well woven symbols. To say that it is timely is downplaying its importance. Bravo!... full review

This show had a wonderful blend of serious/dark themes and HOPE. I love how the story unfolds and the audience gets to fully experience life in this town. The actors all committed 100% and they were a joy to watch. It is a very timely show that doesn't hit you over the head with its message. You discover it along with the actors and it leaves you hopeful. ... full review

“Harbor City Tonight!” was a genre-bending, thought-provoking, energetic good time that I consider a must see for the fringe! The actors all had incredible presence, each bringing a “vibe” (to quote the play :)) and physicality to the roles that truly brought them to life. The story itself delves into timely themes and issues — fascism and seeking joy amidst chaos — in such a fresh way, especially with Cindy’s narration. The strength of the direction really shone through as well; though there were usually only a few people per scene and limited props, the stage always felt so full from the movement. The story immediately sweeps you up and then keeps up the action and energy for the duration of the play. We couldn’t believe it had been 90 min... full review

This show was so unexpected and delightful! Good music, original story and an extremely talented ensemble. I was delighted and even teared up a few times. Funny, sad, ridiculous, thoughtful and touching. This is the type of show that I come to Fringe to see. Walk in knowing nothing and be transported, delighted and surprised. Extremely well done and the cast was incredibly strong! Highly recommended. ... full review

Harbor City Tonight! is for everyone. This brilliant and layered comedy can satisfy one who is just looking for a fun night out while also touching the deepest sensitivity of one who knows not where to stand in our world of unrest today. There is inspiration, understanding, deep questioning, and undying passion that all our souls can recognize. The layers offer a place to sit for every viewer, leaving the deepest layer of responsibility in our laps- this is the world we keep dreaming up, so it will keep going until we dream a new dream. To cut that existentialism with such delightful humor does not discount it but invites us into remembering our joy in even the darkest of times. It allows morality to remain a mystery with which we must inter... full review
