Charlene is a natural performer – the moment she was on stage, you could tell how comfortable she was and how much fun she was having. It made it all the more interesting to watch.

My overall impression
I loved this show!! A fascinating look at Charlene’s journey with her fibroids. This show was funny, thought-provoking, and deeply personal, while still being relatable to the issues that women, especially Black/woc, face in the healthcare system. With a minimal set, the show was so creative in how she explored all of the different ideas she was going through. This show is a treat, and it feels very true to the spirit of Fringe.
