I’ll be curious to see what this turns into with some minimal lighting and tech added to it and some minor rewriting. It’s a fantastic start.
What I didn't like
He had several endings. He should choose who is the main character and let him bring it home.
My overall impression
The brilliance of this piece is that the playwright makes you think you’re going to get one kind of piece and then delivers something completely different, subtly maneuvering it from an (on-line) sex farce in its early scenes to a piece about male (and by extension female/all human) vulnerability and fragility with sex simply being used as a cover for those very human and very frightening emotions. I was extremely moved and am looking forward to future productions to see how it develops (it’s in the early stages of “playdom” but already rings true.) This is the REALDEAL!
