What I liked
Nothing was forced – engaging character studies.
What I didn't like
Maybe I was a bit sleepy (saw the 10:30 PM show), but story transitions kind of popped in without foreshadowing. Also you might considering giving your audience some of those cookies!!
My overall impression
Being a couple of decades older than the play’s protagonists, I note a vulnerability and emotional intelligence the men of my generation do not access. Without Robert Bly drumming them into “truth telling” they engage heartache with an uncommon authenticity.
