It was intimate, engaging and thoughtful. I liked Haig’s multisensory use of images and sound to bring some memories alive. His asides were self-deprecating and effective in pulling the audience in.
What I didn't like
It all worked. The intimate setting, the pacing and the length of the show was perfect.
My overall impression
Best. Dad. Never. was moving, powerful and provocative! Haig delves into and challenges us to examine our shared human impulses, where they lead us, how they shape us and cross multi-generational lines. The show was brilliant, sweet and funny. Get your ticket today!
