What I liked
every fricking thing. Charlie Day is gifted story teller. his earnestness & his enormous heart are on full display; naked as a jaybird (not literally) hugs & kisses-jj
What I didn't like
my only problem w/ the show was that it came to an end. I could listen to Charlie tell this story for weeks. I only wish I saw it sooner to spread the word. bravo!
My overall impression
what starts as a seemingly reflective take on historic literature, quickly becomes a hysterical, heartfelt journey into the soul of the unsung hero. what an utter delight to share some time with his deep, insightful musings. he’ll absolutely slay you as he breaks your heart; in the best possible way
