What I liked
Sara and Ron have incredible chemistry. The scenes unfolded in a logical order and pace. The difficult topic they discuss is easily digestible by the wonderful performances of the two actors. The ending was heartfelt and touching, and I left the theater with a big smile.
What I didn't like
I know we’re tight on time, but I would have loved scenes with some of the other characters that were in the story. I’ll just have to wait for the feature!
My overall impression
Termination Fee is a well written, well acted, and well designed dark comedy. You will simultaneously laugh and be frustrated at the American Healthcare system. There’s also a beautiful story about reconnecting and finding happiness in the world set under the backdrop of a difficult topic.
