Glad I slept on it before I reviewed - this slice of life hit way way deeper than I expected! Smartly written, grounded but crackling performances. The easy reproire w/ the leads almost mask the disillusion, discontent, frustration that rumbles beneath the surface. Termination Fee really pulled me in. It kept me guessing the whole way through. Thankfully, it found its way to a hopeful ending, which was a relief. The writing and direction by Ron Placone and Sara Kay Godot kept everything moving and grounded. It made for a genuinely great night at the theater....
