Top to bottom this cast was 10/10. Between the physical gags, the visual gags, the actors who played multiple characters with ease and distinction, there was not a weak link. The references to the ’80s were all smart and hilarious, the writing was so smart and delivered so well (sometimes tongue in cheek and therefore funnily) by the actors. The plot sped forward and there was no fluff at all. It was just 75 minutes of pure nostalgia, good acting, a very funny storyline, fully developed characters who could also poke fun at their own character traits, and delivered by a company that knew exactly what they were doing.
What I didn't like
The first song was a little too loud over the dialogue being spoken. That’s literally all I can think of to improve. This was Fringe to the T and it was delivered excellently.
My overall impression
A tight and polished 75 minute comedy full of jokes so laugh-out-loud funny that I have to return to catch the ones I missed under the audience’s laughter!
