James Tison really ate this and left no crumbs henny. He commits to the bit and does not waver in embracing the show’s fabulous stupidity. He was very fun to watch and clearly knows how to apply blush in a meaningful manner. The whole cast was amazing from tops to bottoms and it was such fun. Mr. T’s on camera work was also extremely compelling.
What I didn't like
This question is homophobic and therefore I refuse to answer.
My overall impression
SO. MUCH. FUN.
This show has a vibe that I always crave which is art that is stupid yet profound. It’s very gay and I like that. The camp elements are pitch perfect and the directing is as tight as Jessie’s hole at the beginning of the show.
It’s like if John Waters directed an episode of Glee but with no singing. And this is very high praise!
