Everything. Talented cast, terrific writing, silly yet effective costumes and set pieces, intricately placed lighting, a complete soundtrack that built the tensions and the filled the air with joy. The brilliant director seemed to utilize every piece of space and stage, create funny, clever and amusing levels and angles with the actors for an odd shaped stage space, and seamlessly weave together a very meta- heartfelt show. Everything I want to see in theatre. Wow!

My overall impression
When I cried at the end during a truly unexpected heartfelt moment that came from the whirlwind of comedy preceding it, I had an epiphany that, like the Wizard of Oz, being accepted “as is” and having a place called home no matter the circumstances, is what I, and many many others, could define as a successful life. Chaotic joy filled cast members churning out jokes, site gags, wacky characters, hilarious backstage mishaps, filling up a hour of silliness and excitement made me remember why I love theatre in the early stages of my life. Just the sheer joy of being able to bring joy to others and forget for a moment the other stuff in life.
