What I liked
what a strong ensemble! everyone had great energy and were so funny. the show is multi-layered with many subtextual commentaries and themes, so it gave me a lot to think about afterwards. i particularly loved angie and her mom’s performances. there were some great LOL moments too!
What I didn't like
there were some sound issues but i wasn’t sure if they were intentional or not. either way, that’s live theatre for ya!!!

My overall impression
i really enjoyed the show as a whole! it was a fun romp with many engaging actors, scenes and setpieces. i loved the backdrop and the attention to detail. i love the immersion of the play — actors running through the audience and in and out the audience doors, even during the pre-show they’re already in character which was so fun.
