What I liked
I loved Amy’s character: a mom who cannot see the beauty of her daughter because she just can’t. No meanness here, just a kind of blindness that evokes so much sadness.

My overall impression
This is magnificent theatre.
It is an emotional ballet: the actors move and dance in this brilliant choreography of action and reaction.
It’s so well done, the music, the set. And the actors are so “in the pocket”. It’s riveting.
