What I liked
Stephen’s costumes, makeup, acting, and charisma. Of course the actual stories! Also, despite Poe being a Philadelphian, Stephen effectively utilized his British accent to make the stories even creepier.
What I didn't like
I’m a little iffy on recommending public domain stories at a festival meant for original works…but then again, I watched both of Stephen’s shows and feel I made the right decision!
My overall impression
Being in a small dark room seeing Poe stories hauntingly delivered in the first person was chilling and right up my alley. Stephen and I actually became friends as a result of this show!
