What I liked
It’s worth noting that the tech cues were SPOT ON, even more impressive was that this I saw it at the first Hollywood Fringe performance.
What I didn't like
I wish these stories were a little tighter to allow for shorter shows… but its hard to give notes to Edgar Allen Poe.
My overall impression
A tremendous performance that brought Poe’s written words to life. Even with a minimalist “black box” set using only lighting and subtle sound effects I kept thinking I was seeing a bigger world.
