About the Project
MENSWEAR is a one act comedy about FASHION. Over the course of a singular fitting session, two interns at a New York fashion house develop a plan to take over the fashion industry. The two don’t get along as well as they thought they might, leading to the best dressed hijinx and mischief you have ever seen in your entire life. Over the course of the play, multiple models rotate in and out of the fitting session, each bringing beautiful messages and even more beautiful outfits. Wear your coolest shoes while we explore themes of class, nepo-baby-ism, artistic integrity and swag. Will the two interns find their way to the top of the fashion hierarchy, or will their personal differences get the best of them?
