What I liked
There was so much that really worked. I laughed so much for so long. I left the space feeling really happy for having the experience and for sharing it with a packed room.
What I didn't like
I would love to have the end get a slight revamp. The bits right before the end are so deeply fun and joyful and then to conclude with a deeply sad note was such a bummer. I think it’s almost there. The poem is beautiful and expressive in all the most wonderful ways.
My overall impression
Tony is completely at home on the stage. It’s clear there have been countless hours poured into the skills earned. This is a performer who can read the energy in the room and pivot when necessary.
