What I liked
The conversations across generations were lovely…imagining these women talking to, listening to, and caring for each other was moving.
What I didn't like
I say just keep working on it. It’s a compelling piece about generations of Black women, Christianity, and history.
My overall impression
Powerful characters and message. I enjoyed the approach to movement as well. And Nina Simone!
