I loved and admired how Ariella turned this show into a love letter to her past, present and future self, intertwined with amusing stories, educational anecdotes and attention-grabbing visual/sound cues, all delivered with the sass that only a self-proclaimed “person who acts in spite” could. BRAVA!
What I didn't like
The only thing that can be improved is if the whole world could see this show and hear the important messages.. because they need to!
My overall impression
SHOUT IT FROMTHEROOFTOPS, SISTER! Everyone needs to hear and take the message of this show to heart. EVERYONE. Real, vulnerable and funny, it is a heart-felt, eye-opening, and amusing journey. Ariella uses her well-honed storytelling ability to make the audience both laugh and cry, cheer and gasp, smile and sigh – all in this beautifully-delivered one-woman show.
